The room we booked was unavailable when we arrived, it was inconvenient but Tonya at the front desk was very apologetic, professional and friendly even as we were showing our displeasure. Tonya went above and beyond to get us acceptable accommodations, she quickly discussed options and offered extras to appease us. The room was clean and the hotel is in a perfect location, central to the many attractions in that area of MA. Salem, Boston, Lexington and Concord are all within about 30 minutes. Again we thank Tonya for working through the unexpected difficulties and making our stay very enjoyable.

The place is truly a gem, or could be. I’ll get to that later. The whole place looks great inside and out, The staff is awesome and kind. They were decorating for Christmas. The location of the hotel is in the middle of everything you’d ever need! Grocery store? Got two of em near by. Fast food? Everything you’d expect to see is seen. Restaurant? It’s surrounded by 4 star and 3 star places along with a few other chain type places. Mall? Just down the road! Book store? It’s huge and around the corner too!

Warm, responsive and helpful staff. clean, spacious & comfy room Pet friendly hotel Nice location, nearby a lively pleasant commercial center Can work from room (satisfactory desk,chair,wifi,outlets)

Having easy access to a simple well equipped Kitchenette enabled us to have the specialist breakfast we need to have. . Access to Coffee 24/7 from the "store" was a bonus. The bathroom was spacious, clean and a pleasure to use. Within walking distance of Burlington Mall and the surrounding restaurants was a plus.
